 General Information:

AgeSin DP-L1200 is a 100% active polymer dispersant that can improve the dispersibility and stability of organic and inorganic pigments in coatings and ink systems, especially carbon black.

Features

• Improve wetting properties, reduce grinding time and viscosity of abrasives.
• Improve the gloss of the system and the color development of the pigment.

Application:

Aniline inks, water-based paints and inks, polyurethane systems, two-component acrylic systems, automotive coatings, etc.

Suggest addition:

Inorganic pigments         4-8%

Organic pigments            8-15%

Titanium dioxide             0.5-1%

To achieve the best performance, pre-mix the resin and solvent components, slowly add the additives and mix well, then add the pigment. If the order is wrong, you can remedy it by post-adding, but you need to add it slowly under high shear conditions.

Storage:

Store in a dry, clean, ventilated warehouse. Avoid exposure to light and high temperature. Can be stored for 24 months in the original packaging.
