Features and uses:
1. It is suitable for whitening polyester, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile and other fibers, silk fabrics and wool fabrics.
2. Widely used in film, injection molding and extrusion molding materials, suitable for all plastic processing.
3. It is very suitable for whitening at any processing stage of synthetic polymers, including the polymerization stage.
Reference dosage
The general whitening reference dosage for plastic substrates is 0.002-0.03%, that is, the amount of fluorescent whitening agent KSN added is about 10-30 grams per 100 kg of plastic raw materials.
The reference dosage of brightener in transparent plastics is 0.0005 to 0.002%, that is, 0.5-2 grams per 100 kilograms of plastic raw materials.
The reference dosage of brightener in polyester resin (polyester fiber) is 0.01-0.02%, that is, about 10-20 grams per 100 kilograms of resin.
