 Applications:

• It can be used to produce fracturing fluid in oil field production process, and can also be used to produce water plugging and profile control agents. Methylene bisacrylamide is used as a cross-linking agent to produce water plugging agents for oil field water injection wells. During the drilling process, when the formation leaks, the water plugging agent is used. After it is injected into the formation, it enters the high permeability layer, and the ground temperature makes it naturally gel, plugging the high permeability layer, avoiding the advancement of water, and making the oil displacement layer advance smoothly. It has the characteristics of high gel strength and good plugging effect.
• The cross-linked body initiated by polymerization with acrylamide and other solutions plays a role in stabilizing the foundation in the construction of water conservancy, power engineering, underground engineering, civil air defense engineering, and tunnel engineering. It is a waterproof plugging grouting material with good effect and reliable quality.
• Used in the production of super absorbent resin. Super absorbent resin can be used to produce sanitary products with excellent water absorption. It can also be used in the production of agricultural water retaining agents. Potato starch and acrylamide are hydrolyzed under the action of an initiator with methylene bisacrylamide as a cross-linking agent to obtain a super absorbent resin.
• Copolymerized with acrylamide, butyl acrylate, etc. to produce all-aqueous phase paint printing thickener, which is a key auxiliary agent for implementing the new process of all-aqueous phase paint printing.
• Used in the production of photosensitive plastics, nylon photosensitive plates, papermaking and various films, tape manufacturing, and new high-grade high-temperature resistant fireproof glass. It is a multi-purpose, reliable crosslinking agent.
• The polymer obtained by copolymerization with acrylamide, sodium chloride, triethanolamine, etc. to form an aqueous solution can be buried underground as a chemical resistance reducing agent for grounding projects in electricity, electronics, telecommunications, radio stations, television stations, cables, computers and various flammable and explosive places, buildings and various lightning protection facilities. The resistance reducing effect is significant, the durability is good, and the effective period is long.
• Used in architectural coatings, photosensitive plastics, nylon photosensitive plates, papermaking and various films, tape manufacturing, new high-grade high-temperature resistant fireproof glass and other industries, it is a multi-purpose, reliable crosslinking agent.
• The slurry obtained by reaction with methacrylamide, polyethylene glycol, ammonium citrate, ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, and ammonium citrate JA-281 is used to manufacture and refine crucibles for polycrystalline silicon, a material for solar photovoltaic cells.
• Used to produce transparent or colored water-absorbing beads.
